Return and Warranty Policy

Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers. We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.
If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer products to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises. Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.

Return Information

We offer free returns within 30 days for all new or unused products. It doesn't matter if you change your mind or order the wrong size: Just follow our simple returns process below and send your package back to us for free.

Fill out the returns form and provide us with the reason for returning each product.

Pack all your products in their original, undamaged packaging, place them in the box and make sure you include a returns form.

Visit our Returns Portal and order your return.

Print the label, stick it on the parcel and take it to the nearest pick-up point.

Orders directly via the Returns Portal to realworldhobby Products that you have ordered at realworldhobby.com and have been sent to your home can only be returned at realworldhobby.com
Products ordered on realworldhobby.com and sent via Click Collect here of your choice must be returned directly to our store. Please show proof of purchase when returning the product.
